More About Kim Paiva

Kim advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including investment funds.  Kim's corporate experience includes the establishment, regulation and restructuring of Guernsey companies and other entities, financing transactions and corporate acquisitions and disposals.

Kim's investment funds experience includes advising promoters, managers, administrators in relation to the structuring, operation, regualtion and management of open and closed-ended investments funds. 

Prior to relocating to Guernsey at the beginning of 2009, Kim practised as a corporate commercial attorney at one of South Africa's largest law firms, Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs.  On arriving in Guernsey, she practised in the Business and Trust Law team at Ogier, before joining AO Hall in September 2010.
