More About Rachael Beresford

Rachael specialises in employment law, advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters.  She spent a number of years as a civil and criminal litigator in Bristol prior to moving back home to Guernsey in 2007.  Since returning, Rachael has continued to has continued to be involved in dispute resolution work, but with an increased focus on employment law which has become her principal area of practice, she also regularly advises on housing licence applications.
